I kindly ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable and may be transferred one time only to a new appointment date. Appointments canceled the same day or missed without notice will incur a 30% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. Please note: All services are final and no refunds are issued. *New clients are accepted on Fri, and Saturdays* All services are non-refundable. However, your satisfaction is important. If you have any concerns with your service, please contact me within 24-48 hours of your appointment for an adjustment. Adjustments must be scheduled within 7 days Adjustments will be reviewed and may be corrected at no additional cost if approved. After the adjustment window, all services are considered final. Late Arrival Policy: To provide each client with a smooth and timely experience, I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. Arrivals beyond this window may require your service to be shortened or rescheduled. If your appointment cannot be accommodated, it will be considered a same-day cancellation and the cancellation policy will apply.
